Child & Family Support Services is accepting applications for Program Manager under our High Needs Care Coordination program in Maricopa County.
The Program Manager will oversee the services and supervise Care Coordinators. We specialize in partnering with families to build effective relationships and to inspire hope for a positive future. This position requires a true mind-set of service delivery and creativity. Significant amount of time is spent in homes and the community rather than in an office setting. This position will also participate on a on call rotation.
Flexibility in scheduling, willingness to transport children and families is required. Program Managers are required to submit a negative substance abuse test and be able to obtain fingerprint and criminal history background clearance. CPR, First Aid, and other required trainings that are provided by the agency. Reliable transportation is required, including proof of insurance and an acceptable driving record.
