  • Overview

    Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for a Case Aide Supervisor in Pima County area.

    The Case Aide Supervisors will oversee a continuum of services for families who are involved with Division of Child Safety (DCS), and help them to build safe, nurturing environments for their children.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing day to day operations, overseeing referrals, documentation, contract requirements and compliance for the Parent Aide Services managed.
    • Partnering with stakeholders (responding to funding sources, creating relationships with partner agencies and community resources, etc.)
    • Measuring and tracking progress and outcomes for children and families in line with CPS’ performance criteria.
    • Communicating effectively with families, Parent Aides, Child and Family Team members (stakeholders, therapists, case managers, etc), and agency management.
    • Providing supervision, support and employee development to Parent Aides and evaluating performance.
    • Other duties related to the provision, coordination and oversight of the Parent Aide services program.

     

    Qualifications

    • Must be 21 years or older.
    • Bachelor’s degree with two years related work experience or Master's degree with one year related work experience.
    • Acceptable 5 year driving record
