  • Overview

    Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for an Administratvie Assistant in Prescott Valley.

    The Administrative Assistant will open and close the office and be the main point of contact for the office. This position will provide reception and general office functions, such as greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, receiving and sending faxes, placing supply orders and providing general communication to employees. This position will also perform tasks under the direction of the Clinical Director.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee data entry for families we support from referral through discharge
    • Receiving, organizing, and tracking all clinical records and documents, and communicating with leadership regarding the status of that documentation
    • Maintaining the clinical library (electronic and hard copy).
    • Coordinating documentation requirements with applicable employees.
    • Tracking eligibility (internally and externally)
    • Retrieving and disseminating requested clinical documentation
    • Creating/maintaining program specific binders and produce reports when applicable
    • Performing various functions electronically using our Electronic Medical Record system
    • Overseeing documentation lock box
    • Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information
    • Other duties assigned

    Qualifications

    • Must be 21 years old or older.
    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
    • A minimum of two-year work experience with administrative job duties, preferably in an office setting, is also required. Proficiency must be demonstrated in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Knowledge of the behavioral health system is preferred.

    Compensation:

     $12-13/hr
