  • Overview

    Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for an Office Manager in Phoenix.

     

    The position will require a variety of skills such as active listening, reading and comprehension, oral and written expression, critical thinking, monitoring, time management, problem solving, and maintenance of confidential information. Desired work styles for these positions include positive outlook, dependability, integrity, attention to detail, cooperation, stress tolerance, concern for others, initiative, self-control, and adaptability.

    Responsibilities

    Duties include:

     

    • Supervise and oversee daily administrative operations of the office
    • Supervise administrative staff and provide coverage as needed
    • Maintain positive relationships with other agency departments
    • Oversee all administrative procedures for all statewide offices
    • Create and oversee office vendors, supplies, food ordering, etc.
    • Administratively manage the company car fleet for the agency
    • Coordinate monthly meetings with administrative staff in all offices
    • Coordinate, organize and prepare for collaborate agency events as needed
    • Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information
    • Produce Reports
    • Promote a positive and professional atmosphere at our reception desks for customers and staff

    Other Duties assigned

    Qualifications

     

    • Must be 21 years or older.
    • A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and five years of office management experience required.
    • Proficiency must be demonstrated in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, and Zoom meetings.
    • Be available for some after hour class/emails regarding needs of the building such as alarms etc.
