  • Overview

    Positions require the ability to build effective relationships with kids, families, and community partners and a willingness to provide flexible, home and community-based care. These positions function as the family’s primary point of contact and will provide comprehensive behavioral health care. This includes creating support plans and assessments, providing direct support and counseling, facilitating Child & Family Team (CFT) meetings, and measuring progress and outcomes of services provided. This position will also participate in an on-call rotation.

    Responsibilities

    • Flexibility in scheduling, willingness to transport children and families is required.
    • Must submit a negative substance abuse test and be able to obtain fingerprint and criminal history background clearance.
    • Reliable transportation is required, including proof of insurance and an acceptable driving record.
    • CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention are required trainings that are provided by the agency.

    Qualifications

    • Child and Family Counselor: LCSW/LMFT required.
    • Able to provide clinical supervision.
