The CBL is a hybrid position for children and families receiving behavioral health services. This position involves case management and communication with agency partners. The mission is to promote youth and community members’ resiliency through the transition into a less restrictive environment. All service delivery targets skill development and emotional regulation of young people while strengthening their community members, and home environments to prevent further restrictive out-of-home and out-of-community care.
